🍻 Na Zdrowie! Join us Friday, May 1st through Sunday, May 3rd, for Fireforge’s 4th Annual Polish Fest: polka, piwo (beer) and pierogi galore! Festivities will include live performances from local and Southeast regional favorites Wasted Wine and Black Sea Beat Society, as well as performances from Polanie of Greenville, our Upstate-based Polish Folk Dance Troop!

🍻 Beverage Highlights: Available on draft and in 4-packs to-go, Polka Party Polish-Style Pilsner and Cendrowski Grodziskie will be a-flowing! Both beers were brewed with Polish ingredients, including Lubelski & Tradition hops, yet are two distinctly different flavor experiences. Also, be sure to try our new “Warsaw Mule” cocktail with agave wine-based vodka, lime and ginger.

🥟 Food Preview: The Fireforge Food Tent will offer grilled Chop Shop kielbasa made with Fireforge beer, Jaju Pierogis, Kabanosy snacking sausages, and house-made Polish sides including “mizeria” cucumber salad, “sałatka jarzynowa” potato salad, borscht, sauerkraut, pickles and more. And, don’t sleep on our “Polish Platter” which includes a little bit of everything on the menu – and serves two.

On Saturday, May 2nd, be sure to visit with our Polish American community friends and businesses, including Grand Polish Bakery, Upstate Polish Market, Polish folk artist Izabela Kuziak Drews, Polish American Society of Greenville & Jaju Pierogi.

🤓 Entry Fee & IDs: There is a $5 Entry Fee at our Polish Fest Welcome Tent on the corner of Irvine & Washington St. on Friday from 4-8 pm & Saturday from 11:30 am-5:30 pm for guests 13 & up. There is no entry fee on Sunday. If you plan on purchasing alcohol, remember to bring your ID to receive our 21 & up wristband.

🐶 No Pets: For their safety and the safety of other guests, please leave your pets at home during the festival. Service animals are permitted.
