Oktoberfest
Guten Tag! Join us for our 8th annual Oktoberfest in downtown Greenville September 26-28! Don your lederhosen, dirndl – or simply a tasty pretzel necklace – and be ready for Feats of Strength competitions like Stein-Hoisting and Pretzel Pass team relays, as well as new offerings, including our new Children’s Tent on Saturday from 12-2 pm where young Oktoberfesters can enjoy games, coloring and crafts.
Live Music in the Fireforge “Bier Hall”:
🪗 Friday, 9/26: The Foothills Oompah Band (6-9 p.m.)
🪗 Saturday, 9/27: Randomonium (5-8 p.m.)
🪗 Sunday, 9/28: Appalachian Freunde Polka Band (2-5 p.m.)
Festy Fare:
On the food front, our tasty fare menu will feature some of our faves, including our ElJay toasted, soft pretzels, Chop Shop bratwurst made with Fireforge Oktoberfest & much more! Plus new this year:
🥨 Pork Schnitzel Sandwich: fried pork schnitzel, apple-horseradish mustard, arugula & pickled onions on a toasty pretzel bun.
🥨 Wurstsalat: German bologna salad with gherkins, Swiss cheese, pickled red onions & mustard-apple cider vinegar dressing served on a bed of arugula.
Our special menu will begin Friday at 5 pm and run through the weekend (while supplies last). *Please note, our taproom will be open Friday starting at 11:30 am with a limited, regular food menu until 5 pm in our main taproom. The Oktoberfest food menu service will begin outside at our food tent starting at 5 pm.*
Grand Polish Bakery had such a blast at Polish Fest in May that they will be back on Friday and Saturday to serve up Apple Pastries, Bavarian Cream Pączki, Nut Rolls & more! Service will begin Friday at 5:30 pm and Saturday at 11:30 am to offer a selection of delectable desserts and pastries (while supplies last).
