St. Patrick’s Day Celebration with The Drop O’ The Pure
Join us for a unforgettable St. Patrick’s Day Celebration at Fireforge, Tuesday, March 17th featuring an Irish-inspired menu and festive live music with Drop O’ The Pure! Our taproom opens at 4 pm as usual, then enjoy the show from 6 to 9 pm! Drop O’ The Pure is the Upstate’s premier Celtic pub rock band. Playing an array of covers from traditional to modern on an ever-changing variety of instruments, no two shows are ever the same. Come prepared to raise your voice and raise a pint of Irish Stout with us; slainté!

🍞 Irish Soda Bread: House-made with golden raisins, served with house-cultured Irish-style butter & Maldon sea salt.
🧀 Irish Toasty: Irish cheddar grilled cheese with Fireforge stout mustard on Rise Bakery sourdough. Option to add rosemary ham!
🍲 Lamb Stew: Fireforge Irish Stout-braised lamb with potatoes, cabbage, carrots & peas.
🌭 The Irish Banger Dog: Irish Banger sausage on a potato bun with Fireforge beer-braised onions & cabbage, horseradish mustard sauce & chives.
🐮 Corned Beef Brisket Reuben: Corned beef brisket cooked in Fireforge beer with Swiss, sauerkraut & 1000 Island on griddled marble rye.
🍄🟫 “The Shrooben”: House-smoked portobello mushroom “pastrami” topped with Swiss, sauerkraut & 1000 Island on toasted marble rye.
