St. Patrick’s Sunday Celebration with The Seelie Court

🍀 Enjoy an unforgettable St. Patrick’s Celebration at Fireforge! Taproom opens at 11:30 a.m. ready to serve up hearty, Irish-inspired meals with a fresh Fireforge twist and sling our Irish Stout on Nitro!

🥁 Festive live music kicks off at 2 pm with The Seelie Court! The Seelie Court is a musical troupe performing songs and tunes from across the gulf of Celtic tradition. Prepare to delight in everything from true medieval classics to contemporary favorites, along with a growing discography of originals performed with bagpipes, flutes, whistles, bouzouki and drums. Join The Seelie Court for unbridled revelry and merriment!

🍞 Irish Soda Bread: House-made with golden raisins, served with house-cultured Irish-style butter & Maldon sea salt.

🧀 Irish Toasty: Irish cheddar grilled cheese with Fireforge stout mustard on Rise Bakery sourdough. Option to add rosemary ham!

🍲 Lamb Stew: Fireforge Irish Stout-braised lamb with potatoes, cabbage, carrots & peas.

🌭 The Irish Banger Dog: Irish Banger sausage on a potato bun with Fireforge beer-braised onions & cabbage, horseradish mustard sauce & chives.

🐮 Corned Beef Brisket Reuben: Corned beef brisket cooked in Fireforge beer with Swiss, sauerkraut & 1000 Island on griddled marble rye.

🍄‍🟫 “The Shrooben”: House-smoked portobello mushroom “pastrami” topped with Swiss, sauerkraut & 1000 Island on toasted marble rye.

🦃 “The Rachel” Sandwich: Shaved turkey breast, Swiss cheese, 1000 Island & chopped slaw on griddled marble rye.
