Mardi Gras-themed Jazz Jam
Join us from 4 to 6 pm for a special Mardi Gras-themed Jazz Jam with the Greenville Jazz Collective! The jam is open to all ages and skill levels — and there is no cover charge to simply attend and enjoy.

🦞 Crawfish Dip: crawfish & cream cheese dip served warm with Old Bay Ritz crackers.
🫒 Muffaletta: hot capicola, mortadella, provolone & olive salad pressed on ciabatta bread.
🐊 Gator Sausage Po’ Boy: alligator & pork sausage on a roll with remoulade, lettuce, tomato & pickles on a Gambinos roll.
🍤 Creole Shrimp Roll Po’ Boy: East Coast shrimp tossed in creole remoulade on a roll with lettuce, tomato & pickles on a Gambinos roll served cold.
🍲 Chicken & Andouille Gumbo: chicken & andouille pork sausage simmered in a stew with dark roux, holy trinity & okra. Served with rice & a scoop of creole potato salad.
🫘 Red Beans & Rice: red beans cooked with holy trinity, beer & creole seasoning.
🥔 Creole Potato Salad: red potatoes, creole mustard, celery & spices.

The Greenville Jazz Collective (GJC) preserves and promotes jazz in Upstate South Carolina. GJC stewards this important American art form through the promotion of live performance to support our local musicians, as well as educational events and programs to nurture the next generation of jazz musicians.
